Insanity! (Day 3)

Motivation is definitely lacking first thing in the morning but so far, so good with getting up and doing the program. I'll admit it's nice knowing it's only 40 minutes instead of the hour that P90X was.

Insanity! (Day 2)

So I started Insanity yesterday. I have done the routines before but never focused on doing the full program every day.

Here is my data from the first Fit Test yesterday:

Day 1 (10/15/2011)
Switch Kicks = 51
Power Jacks = 42
Power Knees = 78
Power Jumps = 27
Globe Jumps = 9
Suicide Jumps = 13
Push-up Jacks = 23
Low Plank Oblique = 43

We'll see how much progress I make in 2 weeks when I take the Fit Test again.

Today was Plyometric Cardio Circuit...42 minutes of sweating, breathing hard and just getting tired while doing it. Not sure I brought my full effort but I tried my best.

I also need to focus on eating better. I've been eating way too much lately, especially on weekends, and need to get back in check. Looking to stay below 2400 calories a day.
