Only 1 pound to my first goal! I watched the movie Fat Head last night. It was pretty much made to refute the movie Super Size Me. The movie is based off the fact that low fat / high carbs is horrible way to lose weight. The guy ate fast food every day but kept it under 100 carbs and ended up losing 12.5 pounds in 28 days. I'm going to need to start keeping track of my food intake much better and see if I need to switch things around.

I think it's my least favorite workout of the bunch mainly cause I don't feel it is working as much as the other videos.

Week 19 - 185 to 182.2 (-2.8) - Another impressive weight loss week. Not a huge loss compared to mid-week but still nice not gaining weight over the weekend considering the plans I had. Still feeling like I'm not eating enough though.

I am amazed at how much stronger I am in Chest & Back compared to when I started. The bands definitely work better and I can feel it much more. Ab Ripper was tough tonight but I did all 50 of the final move. :-)
Oh and I decided to do this today because Saturday is Adams bachelor party and we will be leaving super early and getting home late. So I figured since I only did Stretch today I could add this in and move everything else a day ahead and just not do anything on Saturday. This way I don't have to do Yoga and something else on Sunday.

I am amazed at how much stronger I am in Chest & Back compared to when I started. The bands definitely work better and I can feel it much more. Ab Ripper was tough tonight but I did all 50 of the final move. :-)
Oh and I decided to do this today because Saturday is Adams bachelor party and we will be leaving super early and getting home late. So I figured since I only did Stretch today I could add this in and move everything else a day ahead and just not do anything on Saturday. This way I don't have to do Yoga and something else on Sunday.

Week 18 - 187.8 to 185 (-2.8) - Another good week of weight loss. I wonder now that I've started taking more protein how that will effect things. Also been eating a bit more although probably not as much as I should considering how much I have been exercising.

Day 62 - 18 Weeks Down

I saw that coming after everything I ate for dinner but still not too bad.
Week 16 - 189.6 to 187.8 (-1.8) - Even with the bad night of eating still managed a pretty good weight loss for the week. Although on Saturday it would have been over 3 pounds. :-)
P90X - Legs & Back
This was the first time using the bands for pullups / chinups and they made a huge difference. I could tell I was isolating the right muscles and could feel myself hitting my wall at the right amount of times.

I like that I stayed below 190 this whole weekend even though I ate more than I should have both Saturday and Sunday night. This week might turn out really good for weight loss.

I like that I stayed below 190 this whole weekend even though I ate more than I should have both Saturday and Sunday night. This week might turn out really good for weight loss.
Week 16 - 192.6 to 189.6 (-3.0) - Wow the past 2 weeks i've lost almost 3 pounds per week. I like those numbers. Still have so much more to go to get rid of all the flab.

Felt pretty tired today after yesterday's exercise. I made it through doing as much as I could. The wall sits are getting easier but the one legged ones are still tough.

My mother made chicken parm and some pasta which was delicious. I didn't eat too much more than I should have but I did eat some extra bread. My stomach was hurting me so much. Not sure why I had such bad pressure but took some pills and hopefully it'll go away.
