Ugh...What happened to me?

 So it's been a long time since I posted anything and I've been really bad. I really need to focus again and get back into diet & exercise. I figure the only way to get this working again is to really keep up with tracking my diet since that seems to be my biggest downfall.

I woke up early to do P90x but just couldn't get up the motivation. Instead I did some pushups / pullups.
