Welcome to the year 2012!
So as you can probably tell from the lack of posts these last few months things haven't been going well. After the cruise in September I really dropped off my diet and exercise regime and in the past couple months have just been eating really bad. Tomorrow will be my first weigh in for the year and it's going to be surprising.
The following are my goals for the year:
1. Get back to 175 and get in the best shape of my life.
2. Run 25 miles a week.
3. Save $10K
4. Bike 30 minutes or more a day
5. No soda!
I started the "no soda" goal early and have already not had any for 5 days. Not only is soda horrible for me but will also help save me money since soda was something I spent a good amount of money on each day. It actually hasn't been as bad as I would have thought but I was also prepared with Excedrin to stave off the effects of no caffeine.
I will be getting back to tracking my calories and exercise. I am not going to track all the extra stuff I had started tracking as I didn't feel like it gave me much feedback and took a lot of extra effort.
I will also be starting P90X again as I felt like it was a fantastic workout and really helped transform my body. I need to really fully do it again as I really slacked on most of it the last few times.
