So I know I've been kinda slacking on the keeping track of my calories and diet but I promise it hasn't been that bad. I wanted to talk today about running with a friend. So for the past few months when I ran I did it by myself. Yesterday I started running with a friend and we've done 6 miles (3 running...then .5 switch with walking/running). I have to say that the time flies by when you are running with someone else. The first 3 miles feel like half a mile and it's just so much more enjoyable.
Everyone go out and run / walk with a friend :-)
