Well it's been a few days since I posted. I always find it harder to blog over the weekend especially when i'm not eating stuff that is easily documented. Enjoyed some good food over the weekend, have a good date friday night and a nice birthday meal for my grandmother with ice cream cake last night.
I forgot to weigh in this morning but I didn't particularly want to either after everything I ate last night. I did do a lot of exercise over the weekend so hopefully counteracted the bad eating.
