Week 8 - 209.2 (-0.8) - Worst week yet!
So I'm not actually all that disappointed with the weight loss. I don't know why I chose the day before my week weigh in to be my "day off". Anyway with the chinese food last night and I didn't drink as much water I was kinda expecting to gain some weight. I bet tomorrow will be a completely different story. Anyway i've been working out more doing some chest and stomach exercises almost every day and I just feel like I can see the results more than with losing weight. I still have plenty of time to actually lose weight.
