Alright i'm getting real sick of this 212 number. I totally thought I would have been lower today but just not meant to be. Ugh!

Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 150 calories
Total = 440 calories
Lunch - 12:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Southwest-Style Chicken Panini - 320 calories
I switched up lunch / snack today since i'll be going to get sushi for dinner
Snack - 2:30 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 100 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 255 calories
Sushi for dinner tonight! Happy Hour at Bonsai!
Dinner - 5:45 PM
Cucumber Avocado Roll
Tuna Mango Roll
Total = 600 calories?
Snack 8:50 PM
Klondike Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich - 100 calories
Total for the day - 1715 calories
It's funny I see the 1700 calories and it makes me feel like I ate too much but I have to remember that the doctor said I should be eating 1800 calories a day.
