Breakfast - 10:30 AM
Panera Smoehouse Turkey on Three Cheese - 720 calories

I wasn't in the mood for breakfast this week so I went a sandwich. Sadly I didn't order the right thing and ended up eating 720 calories instead of 440. That's ok...it was tasty.

Doing a ton of organizing and cleaning up today. Cleaned up my pantry and shredded all my old papers.

Snack - 2:30 PM
Grapes - 100 calories
2 Cheese Sticks - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Total = 360 calories

Snack - 4:30 PM
Boston Cream Pie Jell-O - 60 calories

Dinner - 6:30 PM
Chinese from Jade Palace
I wanted Chicken w/ Cashews...sadly I didn't know it was fried

Snack - 8:50 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total for the day - 1220 calories + chinese food
