Weigh In: 216.4 (-0.6/-21.6)

I broke the gym curse and actually lost weight the day after hitting the gym. It was nice getting 9 hours of sleep. I woke up feeling awake and healthy.

Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Snack - 12;45 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 120 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Total = 280 calories

Lunch - 2:50 PM
Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza - 340 calories

Snack - 4:50 PM
Oreo Thin Crisps - 100 calories

Went and did my grocery shopping tonight since I thought tomorrow after breakfast might be a madhouse with the Superbowl tomorrow night. It was a gross night out there but not horrible.

Dinner - 7:25 PM
Lean Cuisine Roasted Garlic Chicken - 170 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Cherries - 150 calories
Total = 400 calories

When I bought it I had no idea it only had 170 calories...that's crazy. Well I guess i'll have some extra fruit with dinner.

Snack - 9:00 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total calories for the day 1565
