Happy Valentines Day!

I'm not at all excited about valentines day but figured some of you might be.

Weigh In: 213.0 (+0.4/-25.0)

Happy I didn't gain any weight after eating what I thought was a lot at dinner. Although with what I ate the rest of the day and hitting the gym I shouldn't have gained weight. Let's hope tomorrow is a big drop.

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Dannon Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Margherita Pizza - 300 calories

Snack - 4:35 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories

As much as I don't like going to the gym I haven't been too driven to not go. haha

Gym! - 5:45-6:30
Burned - 400 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf Dinner - 350 calories
Grapes - 200 calories
Total - 550 calories

Snack - 9:00 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total for the day 1300 calories
