Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Fiber One Oats & Peanut Butter Bar - 150 calories
Dannon Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt - 80 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 305 calories

Lunch - 12:30 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories

Lunch - 3:45 PM
Lean Cuisine Parmesan Crusted Fish - 290 calories

This day has been filled with meetings. Feel like i've accomplished no work. I had meetings till 6:30 so I didn't get to eat my snack.

My stomach was feeling really bad in the afternoon also.

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Ham & Cheese Sandwich - 300 calories
Pickles - 10 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Total = 390 calories

I really felt like eating something other than a lean cuisine for dinner and since I went to the store to get more string cheese I decided to pick up some ham. It actually had less calories than I thought it would.

Snack - 8:30 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bar - 130 calories

Total for the day = 1435
