Day 150

Day 150 just seems to perfect. Not sure why it's just a good number. Hope that means a good day.

Weigh In: 214.6 (+0.2/-23.4)

A little bit of weight gain but really after the losses over the past 2 days you won't hear complaints from me.

Steve tasted one of the cookies and said it was good but was like 3 cookies in 1. :-)

Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Total = 390 calories

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 120 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 275 calories

The oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies went over really well at the meeting. Everyone took the extras to bring home to their kids.

Lunch - 3:45 PM
Lean Cuisine Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Chicken Flatbread Melt - 360 calories

Snack - 5:00 PM
Animal Crackers - 120 calories

Dinner - 7:25 PM
Peanut Butter - 150 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 305 calories

Snack - 8:45 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar - 110 calories

Total for the day 1560 calories
