Could have slept in this morning but I guess it will have to wait till tomorrow.

Gym - 6-7pm
Treadmill - really pushed the incline up today - 660 calories burned

I really never feel like eating once I get back from the gym but I know I need to eat. I spiced up the blog with a picture of Adam, Jen and Molli. Also fixed the title which was oversized and annoying me.

Dinner - 7:50 PM
Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf Dinner - 350 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories

Snack - 9:20 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar - 110 calories
