So weight went up today but with what I had last night and the major loss yesterday not really disappointing.
Breakfast - 10:30 AM
Panera Egg & Cheese on a plain Bagel
Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Chicken Flatbread Melt - 360 calories
Snack - 4:00 PM
Klondike Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich - 100 calories
Dinner - 6:45 PM
Chicken Pad Thai
The pad thai was a little spicy but so good. I was really good about not eating too much also.
