I'm starting to wonder if i'm not eating enough. I've been stuck around this same weight for a while and it's not normally one of my plateaus.

Breakfast - 9:15 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Yoplait Cherry Yogurt - 100 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 150 calories
Total = 410 calories

Snack - 12:45 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 100 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 255 calories

Lunch - 3:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza - 340 calories

Again my stomach was not feeling good today. I think it is because of the soda at lunch. I'll have to lay off it and see how I feel.

Sack - 5:00 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories

Dinner - 6:55 PM
Ham & Cheese Sandwich - 320 calories
Pickles - 10 calories

Snack - 9:00 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total for the day 1545 calories
