I feel really good today. I mean really really good. It's a beautiful day to be alive. That wind outside though is freezing.

Breakfast - 9:20 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Yoplait Black Forest Cake Yogurt - 110 calories
Total = 270 calories

Blood Pressure: 128/76

Got stuck doing work and didn't eat my whole breakfast in time so I just added the fruit to lunch.

Lunch - 12:15 PM
Banana - 75 calories
Apple - 80 calories
2 Light Cheese Sticks - 100 calories
Whole Wheat English Muffin - 120 calories
Total = 375 calories

I felt like I was forgetting something this morning when packing up my food and I did forget my bread.

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli - 220 calories
Nabisco Chips Ahoy Thin Crisps - 100 calories

I had no idea that lunch was going to have so few calories. I had something else to it and all I had was an extra snack hanging out in the office.

Snack - 4:50 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories

For some reason I felt like going to the gym and trying out my Runtones. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill and my feet were actually hurting pretty bad. I like wearing them but not sure I can run in them. It's odd though cause I was in a fantastic mood and not so much anymore. Maybe after I eat dinner.

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf Dinner - 350 calories

I did an online weight thing and it said..."Ideal weight range is 166 - 182.6 lbs."

I just watched the episode of Heavy from last night and someone on the show told the guy "You know how to lose weight but you don't know shit about keeping it off" I feel like that totally relates to me. Losing the weight is the easy part...it's maintaining it!

Snack - 8:45 PM
Klondike Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich - 100 calories

Total for the day 1545 calories
