So a bit of weight gain today but with going to the gym I ate more for dinner yesterday then I usually do.
Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Yoplait Black Forest Cake Yogurt - 110 calories
Total = 250 calories
Snack - 12:15 PM
Banana - 75 calories
2 Cheese Sticks - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Pickles - 10 calories
Total = 345 calories
Lunch - 2:40 PM
Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta w/ Chicken &Broccoli - 300 calories
Boston Cream Pie Jell-O - 60 calories
Total = 360 calories
Gym - 4:40 - 5:40
Burned something like 550 calories on the treadmill. Only really walked but did some pretty good inclines.
Snack - 6:20
Chocolate Chip Cookies - 100 calories
Dinner - 8:20 PM
2 Slices Foccacia Pizza - ?
Total for the day 1055 calories + Pizza
