Day 153 - 5 Weeks Down

Ugh...what a horrible start to a day

Weigh In: 217.4 (+1.0/-20.6)

I figured with the superbowl stuff last night I would have some weight back on but a pound...really? I didn't eat that much. Must have been some sort of water weight or something from too much salt.

I also feel horrible this morning. Almost like a slight hangover. Just wanted to go back to bed for a few more hours. Hopefully eating right today will bring back my normal moods.

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal - 130 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Dannon Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt - 80 calories
Total = 285 calories

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 120 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 280 calories

Lunch - 2:40 PM
Lean Cuisine Four Cheese Pizza - 340 calories

Snack - 4:30 PM
Oreo Thin Crisps - 100 calories

Did not feel well towards the end of the day.

Dinner - 7:10 PM
Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf Dinner - 350 calories
Cherries - 100 calories

Burnt my tongue on dinner :-(

Snack - 8:45 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar - 110 calories

Total = 1565 calories
