Wow another super weight loss day. I don't know what's going on but I hope it doesn't go back up after the past 2 days.

Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Dannon Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt - 80 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories

Blood Pressure: 111/76

Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 120 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 275 calories

Really stressed out today...too much going on. Found out no gym tonight which is good cause I need to make cookies for a work thing tomorrow.

I'm so proud of myself for not eating a cookie tonight. I saved myself one for Sunday.
