Had a rough night last night. I wasn't feeling great later in the day yesterday but got really sick around 3 AM. Gonna take it easy today. Could be why such a huge drop in weight from yesterday...hopefully not too much.

So far so good with food
Snack - 12:30 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories

Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Total = 280 calories
Lunch - 2:45 PM
Lean Cuisine Southwest-Style Chicken Panini - 320 calories
I'm not sure the Southwest-Style was the best option. Turned out to be pretty spicy for me. Hopefully my system can take it.

Lying on the couch under a blanket it so nice and comfy.
