Day 134

Weigh In: 208.6 (+0.2/-29.6)

I actually drank a lot of water this morning before weighing myself so I don't think my weight today is proper compared to other mornings. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Yoplait Cherry Yogurt - 100 calories
Total = 240 calories

I've felt pretty lazy about updating this as I eat lately.

Snack - 12:30 PM
Banana - 75 calories
2 Cheese Sticks - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Total = 335 calories

Started the cleaning up of my house. Still a long way to go but at least it's started. Put some stuff away, threw out some stuff and put some boxes in the attic.

Lunch - 3:35 PM
Lean Cuisine Angel Hair Pomodoro - 250 calories

Took a nap from about 4:45-6:00PM. Still super tired but I know I can't keep sleeping or else i'll throw off my sleep tonight.

Snack - 6:10 PM
Mister Salty Milk Chocolate Pretzels - 100 calories

Went food shopping. Picked up one of those pull out racks for one of my kitchen cabinets. Also brought my canvas to Hobby Lobby to have it stretched.

Dinner - 8:00 PM
Gorton's Grilled Salmon - 200 calories
Corn - 100 calories
Grapes - 100 calories
Total = 400 calories

Installed the pull out rack in the cabinet. Works awesome and so easy to install.

Snack 9:00 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bar - 130 calories

Total calories for the day - 1455
