Total = 365 calories
Went out to shovel. The sleet / ice / snow that was out there was crazy heavy and hard to shovel. I weighed myself after coming back in and actually weighed 2.2 pounds less than I did first thing this morning. Crazy!
Snack - 12:15 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
Blueberries - 80 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Total = 400 calories
Lunch - 3:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Margherita Pizza - 300 calories
Dinner - 7:00 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Peanut Butter - 200 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 505 calories
I totally didn't feel like a hot meal for dinner. I find that to be one of the hardest parts of the diet thing the way I do it. I need to figure out some other way for some meals. Like tonight I had a PB & Banana sandwich. It was delicious!

Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
Total for the day - 1650 calories
Calories are a bit higher for the day but the amount of energy I spent shoveling totally should make up for it.
