Day 141

Weigh In; 210.2 (-1.8/-27.8)

I don't get it. I don't lose any weight for like 4 days and suddenly I drop almost 2 pounds overnight. This weight stuff is crazy. Glad to see it drop though.

Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Lunch - 12:15 PM
Smart Ones Egg & Ham English Muffin Sandwich - 210 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 150 calories
Total = 360 calories

Snack - 3:15 PM
Cheez-Its - 100 calories

Dinner - 6:20 PM
2 pretty big slices of pizza

Snack - 7:15 PM
Serving of Monkey Bread

Pizza and monkey bread were delicious. No idea how many calories though. The pizza was the ginormous pizza from Colanero's. It was something like 28".
