Wow another huge weight loss day after not losing any weight for 3 days. Broke the 25 pounds lost marker! Almost half way to my goal.
Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Total = 290
Helped my sister get her new couch from JCPenney. One of the legs was having some issues going in so had to do some crafty work to get it to work and be strong. Also picked up a new ottoman that will hold my rock band stuff. Woot!
Snack - 12:20 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 315 calories
Working all weekend again. :-/

All kinds of issues with work so didn't get much accomplished.

Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar - 110 calories
Lovely network issue causing us not to be able to access our systems. Kinda hard to work over the weekend when you can't access systems.
