No P90X this morning. Since I was working from home felt like sleeping in. Will do the Stretch at lunchtime.

Breakfast - 8:45 PM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Cherry Fruit Cup - 75 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 445 calories

P90X - Stretch
Today was either Rest or Stretch day for P90X. I feel like my body could really use the stretch so doing it.

Just finished up the Stretch and it was excellent. Really felt good to stretch all the muscles. I also noticed already for some of the yoga poses I was able to do more than I could when doing the Yoga workout.

Snack - 1:00 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 140 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 300 calories

Lunch - 2:40 PM
Smart Ones Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich - 240 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories

Snack - 4:45 PM
Mister Salty Milk Chocolate Pretzels - 100 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
