Wow under 130 days...for some reason it seems like a milestone.

Lots of meetings today.

Breakfast - 9:10 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Averaging a weight loss of .54 pounds a day (31.6 pounds lost over 58 days)

Snack - 12:00 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 340 calories

Since I worked from home I did my chest workout during lunch time.

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Smart Ones Egg & Ham English Muffin Sandwich - 210 calories
Corn - 100 calories

Snack - 4:35 PM
Keebler Fudge Grahams - 100 calories

Did some more cleaning...the place is coming together. After this weekend it might actually be viewable by other people. I really need to go through my clothes. That's a major undertaking.

Dinner - 6:40 PM
Lean Cuisine Chicken with Lasagna Rollatini - 290 calories
Grapes - 100 calories

Snack - 8:30 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bar - 130 calories
