Weigh In: 207.2 (+1.4/-30.8)

Wow what's up with the massive weight gain today? I didn't eat bad yesterday at all. Oh well...hopefully had something to do with water /salt intake. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Breakfast - 10:30 AM
Oatmeal w/ Apples, Craisins, Walnuts and Brown Sugar

Snack - 12:30 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli - 220 calories
Cherry Mixed Fruit - 70 calories

Snack - 3:40 PM
Cheez-its - 100 calories

Dinner - 6:00 PM
2 slices of cheese pizza

Giacomos is open! First slice of regular pizza. Gonna try some real food for dinner on Thursday.

Snack - 7:45 PM
Banana Cupcake

Here's to hoping that i lose that weight i gained yesterday tomorrow.
