Wow what's up with the massive weight gain today? I didn't eat bad yesterday at all. Oh well...hopefully had something to do with water /salt intake. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Lunch - 2:30 PM

Cherry Mixed Fruit - 70 calories

Cheez-its - 100 calories
Dinner - 6:00 PM
2 slices of cheese pizza
Giacomos is open! First slice of regular pizza. Gonna try some real food for dinner on Thursday.
