Day 120

Weigh In: 203.4 (-1.4/-34.6)

Woo...totally blew away all that weight. I really think it had to do with sodium intake...well at least the first 2 days. I just ate too much Thursday night. I really think I can get to 200 by the end of next week.

Was going to go to the Heart Walk with Steve & Amy this morning. I went to sleep around 10:45 but waking up at 7 I just totally didn't feel like it. So went back to bed till 9:30. :-)

Breakfast - 9:50 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Removed the rest of the Christmas decorations from the front. Need to put them all away tomorrow. It stinks cause the basement has water in it so not easy to put things away down there currently.

Lunch - 1:20 PM
Bonzai Mango Avocado Roll
Bonzai Tuna Crabmeat Roll
Miso Soup
Ginger Salad
Total = 700 calories?

Snack - 3:30 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories

Dinner - 7:30 PM
Ahi Tuna Steak - 200 calories
Corn - 100 calories

Snack - 8:30 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Used my exercise ball for the first time today. I must say it's crazy how much my abs hurt after doing some crunches using it.

Clock change tonight...can't wait for it to be lighter out later. Pretty soon it'll be warm enough to play golf or at least hit balls.
