Man feeling really good about the weight loss. I can see under 200 and it looks good...can't wait.

Breakfast - 9:45 AM
Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal - 160 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 385 calories

Blood Pressure: 115/72

Snack - 12:20 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 340 calories

Lunch - 2:50 PM
Lean Cuisine Four Cheese Pizza - 340 calories

Snack - 5:00 PM
Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories

Gym - 5:30 to 6:30 PM
Treadmill - @600 calories burned

I actually ordered one of those heart rate monitors that will tell you how many calories you are burning. I read this will be much more accurate than the algorithms the treadmills use.

Dinner - 7:00 PM
2 Smart Ones Mini Cheeseburgers - 400 calories
Grapes - 100 calories

The mini cheeseburgers were pretty good although they were pretty bad for me. I was only supposed to eat 1 for a meal with the gym and what not I ate them both. No way I could have survived on 200 calories. They were like the size of a white castle burger.

Scanned more pictures tonight. Has to be one of the most boring things to do. Luckily Californication was interesting.
