Weigh In: 199.0 (-0.8 /-39.0)
Week 12 - 199.0 (-0.6) - Not a lot of weight loss this week. I was down almost to 198 before Friday when I started eating out more over the weekend. Also I think the p90X might be kicking in somewhat and causing some muscle gain. Anyway...back on the diet today and we'll see how things go. Still not bad to lose 39 pounds in 12 weeks.
This mornings P90X workout was Legs & Back. Again I don't think my legs are all that strong so had a hard time doing a lot of the lunges and squats but looking forward to the future and seeing how I do with each workout over time.

I wasn't planning on going to the gym but figured, hey, i'm feeling it so let's do a 5K!
P90X - Ab Ripper
I really felt this today more than other times i've done it. Not sure if going to the gym right before had anything to do with that or not.
