Weigh In: 204.0 (-0.0/-34.0)

No weight loss today...but not really a surprise considering how much i've lost of the past couple of days. Also had a pickle with dinner last night and realized how much sodium is in them. Will be interesting to see if I don't eat anything sodium laden today if i'll lose weight tomorrow. I might have to stop eating the pickles if so.

Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Quaker Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal - 160 calories
Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt - 80 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 315 calories

Lunch - 12:15 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 340 calories

Feeling tired and just in general lacking energy today.

Lunch - 3:40 PM
Lean Cuisine Margherita Pizza - 300 calories

Snack - 4:40 PM
Lorna Doone Cookies - 100 calories

I need to try to find my passport tonight. It has to be somewhere!

Dinner - 7:10 PM
Toasted Turkey & Cheese Sandwich - 300 calories
Pickle Half - 10 calories
Del Monte Mixed Berries - 160 calories
Total = 470 calories

As you can see I didn't give up the pickles yet. I just can't eat a sandwich without a pickle especially when I have them in the house.

Snack - 8:30 PM
Klondike Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich - 100 calories

Total for the day - 1625 calories
