Week 10 - 203.0 (-2.0) - Considering I was stuck between 205 and 204 for 3 or 4 days that's not too bad a weight loss for this week.

Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal - 160 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 385 calories

Snack - 12:20 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 340 calories

Blood Pressure - 128 / 70

Lunch - 2:45 PM
Chicken Pamesan - 310 calories

Snack - 4:45 PM
Cheez-its - 100 calories

Gym - 45 Minutes
Treadmill - 450 calories burned

Dinner - 7:20 PM
Ahi Tuna Steak - 200 calories
Corn - 100 calories
Cherry Mixed Fruit - 70 calories
Total = 375 calories

I really enjoyed the Ahi Tuna steaks so I think i'm going to start eating more fish.

Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Total for the day - 1585 calories
