Ha gained a pound after dinner out last night. Also drank a lot of soda yesterday...oh well. Anyway my muscles are so sore today. I could barely put my arm up under my pillow while in bed last night.

I assembled my electric bike today. Thanks to Steve for getting the freewheel off yesterday. I still need to tweak the grip as my allen keys started to strip so I couldn't get everything off. I'll have to test it after I do my P90X today.
P90X - Shoulder & Arms / Ab Ripper - I enjoyed the Shoulder & Arms probably most of what i've done so far. I could barely do any of the exercises in the Ab Ripper today. My body does not want to move.

Electric Bike up and running! Sweet! Can't wait to see how long it takes to get to work.

We ate at Shadows for Amy's birthday dinner. Food was good but the company was even better.
