A tad bit of weight gain but can I really be upset considering I'm pretty sure the sodium levels in pickles is making me retain weight? No pickles today so we'll see what tomorrow brings. I've felt so run down the past few days.

Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 365 calories

Blood Pressure - 122/73

Lunch - 12:15 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 340 calories

Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli - 220 calories

Snack - 4:30 PM
Cheez-its - 100 calories

Dinner - 7:15 PM
Eggplant Parm w/ Spaghetti & Meatballs
3 Garlic Knots

Snack - 9:15 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
