Week 11 - 199.6 (-3.4) - With not really sticking to my diet over the past 3 days this week turned out to be quite a surprise in weight loss. Maybe the saying that you need to eat enough food to lose weight really is true.
Going under 200 for the first time made this the best Monday morning!
Breakfast - 9:30 AM
Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal - 130 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 360 calories
Blood Pressure - 126/70
I feel pretty amazing today :-)
Lunch - 12:20 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories
Lunch - 2:45 PM
Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom Pizza - 340 calories
This day has been flying. I don't feel as good as I did this morning but with work pressure I think it's making time go faster.
Snack - 4:45 PM
Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar - 90 calories
Gym - 45 Minutes
Burned - 510 calories
I just realized how many 1's were in the title of this post.
Dinner - 6:30 PM
BBQ Pulled Chicken
Fruit
I figured it would be good to eat some of the leftovers instead of letting them go to waste.
Snack - 8:30 PM
Fudge Shoppe Fudge Grahams - 100 calories
Watched The Social Network and actually thought it was pretty good. The issue was it made me feel like I haven't been doing as much as I can in my life. I feel like I could be doing so much more just don't have the inspiration or motivation to do it. Also gave me this feeling like my brain is locked. That I can feel all this thought and innovation but can't access it.
Total for the day - 1210 calories + Dinner - Gym
