I'm impressed after yesterday that my weight didn't go up. I hope my body can handle the food today also. Been sleeping pretty bad lately. Having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep...not sure what's going on.
Breakfast - 9:50 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
So I don't know when I ate this stuff but I ate...grapes, hamburger, hotdog, pulled chicken
Snack - ?
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
I actually don't think I did too bad today. We'll see what the weight says tomorrow. Oh and I didn't drink any water today...really bad.
