Figured with the amount of ate for dinner the weight would go up today. No issues though. Today should be back to normal and thus i'm hoping tomorrow brings better news. I didn't eat a ton but I ate more than I normally do ate night.

Gym went pretty fast tonight but walked pretty slow and increased the incline.

I know I ate my late snack very close to dinner but I ate dinner so late i figure it's better to eat my snack earlier.
