I feel so close to breaking 200. Definitely starting to see the change in my body also.

Yoplait Blueberry Yogurt - 100 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Total = 335 calories

Lunch - 12:15 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 100 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 340 calories

Blood Pressure - 116/72

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Chicken Ranch Club Flatbread Melt - 360 calories

Feeling antsy at work today. Just want to get out of here and do anything else.

Snack - 5:00 PM
Chips Ahoy - 100 calories

Gym - 1 hour
Burned - 600 calories

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Ahi Tuna Steak - 200 calories
Cherry Mixed Fruit - 70 calories
Del Monte Mixed Berries - 160 calories
Total = 430 calories

I messed up on my calories for the Ahi Tuna Steaks the other night. Was probably 80 more calories than I had listed.

Snack - 8:30 PM
Weight Watchers Giant Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Bar - 130 calories

Total for the day - 1695 calories
