Lots of punching and kicking. I like to make the noises Mac from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia makes when doing karate moves. :-) I noticed that with most of the exercises I want to quit around 20 minutes in and by 40 minutes in i'm ready to finish it out. It's nice to know I can make it the whole way.
