Alright more weight gain but glad the weekend of eating out is over with. Time to start the downward trend again.

Panera Egg & Cheddar on Whole Grain Bagel
Snack - 12:20 PM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
P90X - Yoga X - 90 minutes of Yoga. I have to say it was really tough to get through the whole thing without quitting but I made it!
Snack - 3:30 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 140 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Mandarin Oranges - 80 calories
Dinner - 6:20 PM
Homemade Sweet & Sour Chicken
Cheesy Rissotto w/ Vegetables
Dinner at my parents house tonight.
My stomach has been messed up all day. That's what I get for eating out the past 2 nights.

Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
Yay for getting back to normal eating habits tomorrow. Boo for getting up early to do P90X.
