Breakfast - 9:00 AM
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar - 140 calories
Silk Chocolate Soy Milk - 150 calories
Total = 290 calories

P90X - Plyometrics! I have to say i'm not very good with squats so this was really hard. I made it through the whole workout even if it took me a lot longer than it was supposed to. I think this is gonna be amazing for the rest of the time. It's hard but gonna be worth it.

Lunch - 12:30 PM
Panera Half Smokehouse Turkey on Three Cheese Panini - 360 calories
Panera Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup - 140 calories
Apple - 50 calories
Total = 550 calories

Again I got the wrong sandwich even though I ordered the right one. Anyway it turned out I ate less calories than I would have so no harm done.

Snack - 2:50 PM
2 Light String Cheese - 140 calories
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
Banana - 80 calories
Total = 300 calories

Dinner - 7:50 PM
Piece of Bread
Fried Calamari
Antipasto
Eggplant Parm

Dinner was at Little Italy in Kingston for Amy's Birthday. It was delicious even if we did have to wait a while and listen to some horrible music. :-)

Then went over to Bacchus in New Paltz for Johns Birthday and listened to some good music. I really like The Jings!

Total for the day = 1140 calories + Dinner
