I got my electric bike parts last night. It actually doesn't look all that complicated to assemble. Since I am hosting a party this Saturday I probably won't get to assembling it till Sunday. Can't wait to take it for a spin.

I'm really looking for my P90X to get here. I know it will be super tough but I really want to get some results and I know it's been working for other people.

Really pushed the incline up on the treadmill today. My pulse really jumped up though to about 180. Not sure how healthy that is.
