I figured with the meal last night my weight might go up a bit today but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't actually that much.

Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal - 130 calories
Banana - 70 calories
Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt - 70 calories
Total = 270 calories
Blood Pressure - 119/73
Staying pretty stable and normal...nice!
Snack - 12:15 PM
Apple - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
2 Pieces of Bread - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories
Feeling really good today. No idea why but it's nice.
Lunch: - 2:35 PM
Lean Cuisine Five Cheese Rigatoni - 350 calories
Snack - 4:45 PM
Oreo Thin Crisps - 100 calories
Diner - 7:15 PM
Lean Cuisine Shrimp Scampi - 75 calories
Corn - 100 calories
Cherries - 150 calories
Pickles - 10 calories
Total = 285 calories
The Shrimp Scampi had a really odd flavor so I couldn't eat much of it. Moved on to other things instead.
So Harmonix put out a patch to Rock Band 3 to have the Stage Kit work and it's awesome!
