Day 186

Well I didn't win the Mega Millions last night so had to get up and come into work today. Slept good last night. Since Callie had been waking me up in the mornings I decided to close the bedroom door and I think probably slept better because of it. Also took some Tylenol PM since I wasn't feeling good.

Weighed in at 235.2 today

Breakfast - 9:00 AM
Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal - 150 calories
Chocolate Silk Soymilk - 150 calories
2 Clementines - 70 calories
Total = 370 calories

Snack - 12:00 PM
Honey Wheat English Muffin - 150 calories
Yoplait Cherry Orchard Yogurt - 170 calories
Banana - 72 calories
Diet Sunkist
Total = 392 calories

Dr. Appointment went well. Blood pressure was low 140's/low 80's. I had also lost 5 pounds since I was last at the doctor about a month ago. He told me I should be eating at minimum 1800 calories a day so i've been kinda skimping on food. I need to add in more fruits and vegetables. Also told me to focus on losing 16 pounds by May. I certainly hope to lose more than that by then.

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken - 330 calories

A bit of heartburn after this meal...but not too bad.

Snack - 4:30 PM
Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar - 90 calories

Felt much better today than yesterday. I'm wondering if it had to do with the eating the carbs during my morning snack. Dr. said I should be eating complex carbs so that may have helped.

I actually felt fantastic when I left work so something must be finally coming together. I'm sure dieting is a huge shock for my system and will take a bit of time for me to get used to it.

Dinner - 7:00 PM
Smart Ones Salisbury Steak - 260 calories
Broccoli - 60 calories
20 Grapes - 68 calories
Total = 388 calories

The Salisbury Steak was pretty darn tasty compared to what i've been eating.

Snack - 8:00 PM
Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Bar - 60 calories

Total calories for the day - 1630 calories
4 Liters of Water so far today
