Wooohooo broke the 10 pound mark today weighing in at 227.2 (-1.2/-10.8). I really can't believe I let myself get to 238.
Have to work today and tomorrow but so far actually already got something done. The guy is coming to fix my furnace today also. The circulator has been making a lot of noise.

Total = 365 calories
I had originally planned on eating breakfast at 9:30 but the guy showed up to fix the circulator at 9:30 instead of 10. So he finished that up and we're back in business.
Played Arkham Asylum more today so again didn't follow my diet.
Lunch - 3:45 PM
Smart Ones English Muffin Sandwich - 210 calories
Yoplait Apple Turnover Yogurt - 100 calories
2 clementines - 70 calories
Total = 380 calories
Snack - 5:45 PM
Animal Crackers - 120 calories
Dinner - 7:15 PM
Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf - 350 calories
Snack - 8:45 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories
Not feeling very good...seems to be a head cold. I'm heading up to bed and it's only 9. Goodnight!
