Just ate some chocolate chip cookies with milk as my final bad food before the diet starts tomorrow. Ate at Perkins for breakfast and McDonalds for dinner. Tomorrow i'm starting to follow the nutrisystem plan without buying their food. We'll see how it goes. I'll try to update often but will at least do once a week. I'll also post updates on how i'm feeling. I've been having pretty bad heartburn over the past couple months and think it has to do with my weight so we'll see if it helps.
Oh and this diet will last through July 10th when Jen & Adam will be married!
