So my initial weigh in is 238. I think this may be the heaviest i've ever been. Would like to get down to 180 so got a long way to go.

total = 208 calories

Accidentally played Arkham Asylum through lunch

Chocolate Animal Crackers - 130 calories
Workout
Did upper body on home machine
Dinner - 7:07PM
Smart Ones Chicken Parm - 290 calories
Raw Broccoli - 30?
Bagged Salad No Dressing - 15?
Homemade Applesauce - 100?
Total = @435 calories
The raw broccoli and salad w/ no dressing was pretty gross. I'll need to figure something out.

Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter - 90 calories
Total calories for the day came in around 1223
Drank 3 Liters of water
I didn't have heartburn after any meal which has felt fantastic.
