Awesome...broke the 220 mark. I'm not sure if it was from the shoveling yesterday or what but it's an exciting day. Less than 40 pounds to go to reach my first goal weight.

Steve wanted to go to IHOP since he had his free birthday meal. Meal wasn't too bad for what it was.

Again my stomach is not feeling very good. Not sure what's going on.

Lean Cuisine Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta - 230 calories
Didn't eat a snack since I ate later than normal. Watched Skins and Inception. I can't believe that Skins is allowed on TV...especially when it's focused at teenagers. I enjoyed it but man not appropriate for teens.
