I went out to shovel and when I came back in weighed myself again. I lost over a pound just going out to shovel. That's crazy!

Breakfast - 10:00 AM
Fiber One Oats & Peanut Butter Bar - 150 calories
Banana - 75 calories
Activia Vanilla Yogurt - 70 calories
Total = 295 calories

Snack - 12:30 PM
2 Slices of Bread - 80 calories
2 Light String Cheese - 160 calories
Apple - 80 calories
Total = 320 calories

Lunch - 2:30 PM
Lean Cuisine French Bread Pizza - 340 calories

Snack - 4:30 PM
Fiber One Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar - 90 calories

Dinner - 6:45 PM
Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf Dinner - 350 calories

Wow my stomach does not feel good right now. I took some tums and hopefully that'll help.

Snack - 9:00 PM
Weight Watchers Chocolate Raspberry Popsicle - 80 calories

Stomach is still not good. Making all kinds of noise...hopefully better in the morning.
